Executive Training Program – South Gator Basketball Club

The South Gator Basketball Club Executive Training Program is designed to empower families and participants with the tools, knowledge, and support needed to build strong futures both on and off the court. Through a holistic approach, the program aims to:

• Guide parents in developing practical strategies to pay off their child(ren)’s college or vocational tuition, helping families achieve a debt-free educational path 
• Provide impactful personal growth workshops focused on leadership, financial literacy, and life skills 
• Promote active volunteerism, encouraging all participants to serve underserved and underfunded communities throughout Southern California and beyond 
• Offer ongoing emotional support through a structured mentorship, connecting participants with experienced mentors who provide guidance, accountability, and encouragement 

As an extension of this support system, participants may be selected for our Mentorship Fellowship, a deeper, commitment-based opportunity that equips individuals with advanced leadership training, community engagement experience, and long-term personal and professional development.
